My name is Ryan Middleton and I am a fully qualified self employed personal trainer based in the Andover, Hampshire area operating from Full Motion Fitness. My mission is to help individuals get into the shape of their life and discover their full potential both physically and mentally.

With over 8 years experience in the industry as a Fitness professional, I’ve worked with and helped hundreds of people face to face from so many different backgrounds, abilities and age categories in a thriving and diverse gym environment. I have spent this time dealing with and gaining knowledge on how to overcome boundaries and complications that are preventing people from achieving their full potential.
I worked on a busy gym floor for a total of 4 years before completing my level 3 Personal Training qualification with Lifetime Fitness. For me it was about gaining as much experience as possible by working alongside and helping people on a one to one basis, whilst mastering the basics and fundamentals that make a good personal trainer. For me these are effective communication, knowledge, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the ability to deliver life-changing results so I could give my clients the level of service they deserved.
For me, it’s about providing an experience and delivering as much knowledge, value and satisfaction within the time we spend together so the tools I teach you remain lifelong habits you can sustain moving forward.

Individually tailored 4 week gym programming based on your needs to be completed outside of your PT sessions.

Nutritional coaching
Guidance and knowledge on caloric intake, recipe and meal suggestions and personalised macronutrient values suited for the individual to get the best results possible.
Online Coaching
Personal training is also available online for those who cannot attend the gym in Andover but still want to make progress and change their body shape.
